Jake Stephenson started in the pest control industry in 2012 and completed a traineeship under the watchful eye & mentorship of his father Gary, who at the time, was the National Technical Director for the largest pest control organisation in the Australia/Pacific Region for 13 years.
Jake enjoys a genuine passion for his chosen field and as such, incorporates practical, effective pest management methodologies with the latest innovational technologies, products & chemistries, to achieve successful outcomes and excellent customer satisfaction.
Jake has received an exceptional level of training and possesses rarely acquired skills and capabilities gained from extensive direct hands-on involvement with a diverse range of pest management services including all manner of domestic and commercial pest control, varying bird management systems, hospitality & food industry integrated pest management service programs and very extensive experience with multiple termite eradication & management technologies for both the pre-construction and existing buildings sectors.

In addition to establishing and running his own pest control enterprises, Gary has held positions for several leading pest management organisations ranging from Senior Technician, Service Supervisor, through to Sales Consultant, Divisional Manager, State Manager, and at Flick, the National Operations Manager, National Quality Manager, National Training Manager, Pacific Regional Technical Manager & Member of the Anticimex Global Technical Board.
Gary has been directly involved at varying levels in the horticulture and pest management industry over a period of some 40 years. He has conducted numerous pest industry based training seminars, written & developed many training courses and has presented at conferences in Australia, Asia and Europe. Gary also sits on several pest industry boards, committees and working parties and is heavily involved with many important industry projects and initiatives.
